Aviation Fleet Support is a commercial jet engine owner, trader and lessor. Specialising mostly in CFM56-3 engines we are continually buying, selling and leasing these engines. We like to keep it simple and transact in only our engines, equipment, LLPs, QEC, rotable parts, stands, etc.
We hold a significant inventory of LLPs and Rotable parts for the CFM56-3, CFM56-5 and CFM56-7 Engines. They are stored in warehouses in Australia, Malaysia and Jordan to support our engines when required for Shop Visits. We regularly tear down engines to restock so we can provide donor parts for use in our engines.
Our Core Business is trading and leasing CFM56 engines to airlines around the world. We sometimes sell our CFM56 engine parts to our colleagues and to engine workshops around the world, but it's not our main focus. We hold the parts mostly to support our engine restoration and leasing activities but reach out to us if you're looking for CFM56 parts, we may be able to help you.
ENGINE ACQUISITIONS AND LEASING
We are always on the lookout for a deal where we can solve a problem for our clients.
Normally that involves acquiring one or more aircraft / engines and leasing it back to them. We like to listen to our clients and work hard to structure a deal that works for us, our clients and our financiers.
We are a fresh and innovative company. We don’t have bureaucracy or red tape. If a transaction fits our criterion we generally move very quickly to structure a deal that works for all parties involved.
We are only involved in deals where there are no losers. If there looks to be a loser in any deal, then it is not a good deal and we will walk away from it.
CFM56 PARTS SALES
We stock a significant amount of CFM56 Life Limited Parts, Rotables, QECs, Engine Stands and other items. Our stock is continually changing, so please reach out if you need any of these items and we'll send you our list of items available for sale.

26 items of CFM56-7B Core LLPs with around 7000 CR most in OH condition.
120 items of CFM56-3 LLPs with average 4500 CR in C most in OH condition.
2 x complete CFM56-3B2 engines being disassembled.

SALE AND LEASE BACK
The Sale and Lease Back transaction is our preferred method of acquiring and leasing engines and/or aircraft.
SLB's are normally quick, clean ready made transactions that don’t require de-registration and re-registration of the aircraft.
After we have completed our assessment of the Lessee and Aircraft, we issue a term sheet and move to closing quite quickly.
FINANCIAL LEASES
Although not our core business, we occasionally consider providing aircraft or engines under a Financial Lease.
Generally, we offer our clients the opportunity to commence a Financial Lease at the end of an Operating Lease. This has several benefits for both parties.
MAINTENANCE RESERVE MANAGEMENT
An integral part of our Leases is the collection of Maintenance Reserves to compensate for the depletion in the life of the various components of the Engines.
The Asset Management team manages the Maintenance Reserves and prepares in advance to ensure minimal asset downtime.
OPERATING LEASES
We generally offer our engines under an Operating Lease for a minimum of 5 years.
We structure our Operating Leases to be firm but fair on all the parties. We believe that the documentation behind a lease agreement is only as good as the parties to it.
By maintaining strong but professional relationships with our Lessees, we enjoy advance notice of any potential problems which allows us time to work out how these challenges are best treated before they become problems.
COMMERCIAL JET ENGINE ASSET MANAGEMENT
We provide our in-house commercial and technical asset management service to optimise the value of our Engine assets and to ensure they are utilized as efficiently as possible throughout their life cycles. Our Asset management team is responsible to ensure that we have a well maintained fleet and well maintained leases.
We pay particular attention to ensuring that our assets remain operational for as much of the lease term as possible.
